Custom Items – No Change of Mind Returns
All items are made specifically for you, and as such, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Preference on fit or style

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at [your email address] with the following:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the fault
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
