All garments sold on our website are custom-designed by King and Queen Souls Ltd. We take pride in offering unique, high-quality printed clothing. All product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or print may occur due to screen settings or print processes.

Ordering Process

To place an order, simply select the product, choose the desired size and design, and proceed to checkout. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on our website. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within [ 3–5 working days] after payment is received. Shipping times vary depending on location.

King and Queen Souls Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other external factors.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our printed garments, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence to arrange this.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of King and Queen Souls Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
